Why an investigation? Official Washington and our justice system have known about Epstein and his ‘Island’ since 2005. Here is a timeline. Jeffrey Epstein was first investigated in October 2005 by the Palm Beach Police Department after a parent reported that he had sexually assaulted their 14-year-old daughter. That investigation quickly uncovered dozens of other potential underage victims. It is clear that Epstein received special treatment. I wonder why?

Here’s how the legal timeline unfolded:

Who protected him? Who else was protected? Until there is full transparency and independent investigation, it is reasonable to assume the oligarchs and elites were protecting him and other ‘unnamed co-conspirators’ from prosecution! IT TIME TO TAKE ON THE OLIGARCHS AND THE ELITES TO ENSURE JUSTICE IS SERVED. This is not a partisan issue because both DEMOCRATIC and REPUBLICAN administrations have failed to completely release the results of the investigations!

Our mission

The Citizens Epstein Investigation is a non-partisan civic effort to bring full transparency to the Jeffrey Epstein case and any related public-interest records. We start with one simple demand: release the FBI's Epstein investigation files to the public, with appropriate redactions for victim privacy and open cases. After transparency comes accountability: we advocate creating a citizen-led follow-on investigation—not run by elites—with subpoena power and a professional budget to finish the work, publish the truth, and recommend reforms.

Why a citizen investigation?

Public trust is earned in the open. We believe the next phase should be led by ordinary Americans—selected and safeguarded to be independent—so facts are gathered publicly, victims are heard with dignity, and conclusions are based on evidence, not politics.

The model we follow

We are patterned on Michigan's voter-approved citizen redistricting approach, which put map-drawing in the hands of randomly selected citizens and required transparency, conflict-of-interest rules, and open meetings. Applied here, that means:

What we're asking for—two phases

  1. Transparency now: Release the FBI case files and related federal records, with lawful redactions. Publish indexes so the public can see what exists.
  2. Accountability next: Establish a Citizens Investigation Commission in statute, patterned on Michigan's citizen model, with subpoena power, an appropriated budget, and a clear timeline to report findings and reform recommendations.

Non-partisan, always

We don't defend parties or personalities. We defend the public's right to know, the rule of law, and justice for survivors. Wherever the evidence leads—left, right, or center—it should lead there in daylight.
